Squeak Problem
I can't seem to figure out where or what is sqeaking on my car. Actually it sounds a bit like screeching also. There would be no sqeak when I first start the car up, but after driving for about 5 minutes, my car starts sqeaking on the go. When I stop, or use my brakes, it stops the sqeak. When I start to move, it squeal really bad. My brake pads and rotors were replaced 6 months ago, so it can't be those. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

why cant it be those? replacing the brakes does not make them immune to failure. Also improper installation can lead to premature failure. Its likely an improperly installed wear detector, or one of the shims slipped out of place, and is rubbing on the rotor. I would try to isolate which corner its coming from and take the assembly apart and check it out.

Thanks for input WeezL. My friend's checked all four wheels at his workplace at Pepboys. He's suspecting it is a suspension problem, but I'm having a hard time believing that. Any inputs?

it squeeks when it rolls and stops when you stop?
brakes or wheel bearings most likely...its possible its in the driveshaft, or rear axles...but unlikely...if you cheacked brakes next thing is wheel bearings |
thanks, I'll take a look when I can pinpoint which wheel it is. I know its on my left side, but couldn't tell if its front or back.
