engine is missing and fluttering

I powerwashed my engine and now it is missing and fluttering like a mother. I already replaced the plugs/wires and cap and rotor. Anyone have any suggestions as to what is causing my car to run like shit? it only sounds horrible in gear and when its in neutral its fine. I'm hoping its not my injectors but can't really diagnose on my own. So any help would be greatly appreciated. And does anyone know what sensor is connected to the top of the radiator. Coolant sensor?

Don't power wash your engine anymore. There are too many sensitive electronics that do not like water... Let it dry and you should be fine... Check your codes..

tried that

I haven't driven it in like 5 days and it still is missing like a mother. I'm going to change my valve cover gasket/grommets and see what the deal is. Should I just unplug my battery and reset the ecu? Any one have any ideas?

are you getting the check engine light ?
the check engine light produces error codes and
you can pull error codes off the car .by simply using a wire

The water got down into the spark plug holes and grounded out the spark. You'll have to pull the wires off and 'shop vac' out the water. Then reverse the shop vac hose and blow them dry, or use a hair dryer. Then put it all back together.
