The ECU temp sender might be bad. You may have a lot of carbon built up on the intake valves, which will suck up the fuel and can cause hard starting when engine is hot. Get some 'Techron' injector cleaner (walmart, parts store, etc) and add 2 bottles to a full tank. It will clean everything while you drive.
Does it start right back up if you turn it off??? but not if you let it sit for more than a few minutes??? I suppose you could disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then hook it back up. You will then need to drive it around town for about 30 min so the ECU can re-learn its drive cycle.
