What is this?

I saw this on another turbo yesterday, and my N/A doesnt have it...ABS controller?

i have that thing on my 88 n/a i even have the TEMS on it dunno why jus happy that i do ,, i think these were available options back then

Thanks, I didnt have that much time to look at it, but it looked like brake lines coming off of it, so thats what I figured.

Is there an ECU associated with this that is seperate from other ECU's? that way maybe I could upgrade my car to use it? or would I have to have a car that came with it originally?

Yea there is a separate computer for it. It would be easier to buy a car already equipped with it.
