The cold start injector is not as precise a device as the other injectors. A thorough cleaning with carb cleaner (not brake cleaner) or toluene is often all that is needed if the injector's coil is in good shape. If that's all it needs it's a cheap fix... if not you're only out 10 minutes and $5.

what does the cold start injector look like and where is it located? My car takes a bit of cranking before starting these passed couple cold mornings and days.
