Iridium is better, and there are two types available. IF you go to Supra sport they sell both the difference is;
to quote Charles Britz of SupraSport.com "The difference is in the heat range. BCPR5EIX11 3306 is a hotter plug meaning that there is more electrode exposed. You can use this plug with basic performance upgrades but when turning up the boost the BCPR6EIX 5689 is a better choice because it is colder. With the higher temperatures with a turbo charged engine could cause the hotter plug to fail or cause preignition."
