THERE IS A WHISTLING NOSIE COMING FROM MY ENGINE
I DO NOT HAVE A TURBO THE WHISTLING IS COMING FROM THE RIGHT FRONT AREA WHERE MY CLUTCH FLUID GOES AROUND THERE

The right front is near the intake box...do you have an aftermarket air filter (K&N, ect.)? They will make a sucking/whistling sound when you get on the gas...that could be it...if it's actually the left rear (where the clutch fluid is), it may be a leaking gasket on your intake manifold...my best guess w/ the information you gave.

Get a hose small enough and long enough to put close to your ear and move it around to try to pinpoint the sound. Don't stick it in your ear in case you find it and it tries to suck out your eardrum, just close enough to hear. It could easily be a vacuum hose or even an intake gasket leak.
