there was once this guy that lived in Austin, Tx. that had a white MKIII turbo 5spd. i believe he said he was running 125shot of nitrous, and 12psi on the stock turbo. 3" downpipe from the bottom of the stock elbow, and that's where his exhaust ended. i think he was running consistant 12.60's or 12.40's that night. i have no idea how long his motor lasted. but he was running back to back all afternoon and throughout the evening. they had a guy out at the track that refills nitrous bottles. anyway, that's has been about 6years ago last i saw that happen.

ty i just wanna run it once or twice because my car is an everyday driver so i dont want to hurt the motor too much. mid 12's huh not bad

NOS is for cheaters......jk

why spend $500+ on NOS when you can use that money toward an exhaust, etc. and not have to worry about blowin' ur motor

NOS maybe for cheaters but it works and i want to bust a mustang gt's asssssssssssssssssssss cause he always comes in front of my house and rev up on his motor

the general rule of thumb is on a healthy motor you should be able to run around 20hp shot of nitrous per cylinder... safely. 20 x 6 = 120shot of nitrous. that's prolly why that guy from Austin was running 125shot. you should be able to get away with a 125shot if done right. your motor isn't going to blow up, but your bearing and rings will wear down quicker. you'll need to freshen up your motor sooner. try it... you'll like it.
