how much to get rust repair?
 

i live in ohio and they salt the streets like crazy in the winter which eats away at my car. i just noticed tiny rust bubbles (close to eachother) and one bigger one about 1cm wide on the body above the rear wheel. obviously i need to get this fixed before it spreads and i was wondering if anyone has had this happen to them before and how much it would cost.
