thnx for the idea on just getting a turbo car to begin with, i have been looking at that option. The only problem is that i live in Canada for now and to say the least turbo cars r limited at best here. As a result the swap looks like it will b the best bet when it comes to cost, especially because i have found a number of engine importers within the country.

i have been looking around like u said and i found that one of them said a new tranny but is that needed, or just recomended or what? any help on any of my questions would b great

The w58 will be good enough if you plan on staying under 300hp but if you plan building it up to well over 300hp then i suggest you get the r154 turbo tranny cuz you will definately fry that w58.
