Was the drive shaft balanced?? A drive shaft out of balance will give a low 'drone' sound. Like a deep Hmmmmm.
Tires out -o- balance will usually give a vibration, but not a sound. They usually shake at around 55mph, then smooth out, then might vibrate again at a higher speed. |
