Stock injectors? AFC?

Might be flooding out, tho I'd expect it to atleast fire a few times and maybe idle a bit. You should cut off the j-tube restriction.

Take the filter off and spray a little bit of carb cleaner in the intake. If it fires up for a second then the problem is fuel. If not then it may be spark or something else.

this could be a bad conector, wire, or your timing is just off. Jiggle the CPS wires, make sure the conection to the coil packs is good.... and for the love of god.... check your grounds. and if all else fails.... sell the car to me.

Hey did you ever figure out your problem? I'm having the same issue. just finished rebuilding a 7M-GTE, brand new everything. finally got all the vac hoses coolant etc routed correctly. but i get turnover all day with no start. i do see/smell fuel in chambers and exhaust. i've checked all plugs, i DO get spark. tried numerous adjustments to CPS. after 3 hours of screwing around i finally got it to we're it'll put put. crank....... about 5 sec. put put. crank.... engine timing perfect. checked already. tried cleaning EVERY connector... especially coils with electrical cleaner. all connector snap in place and have good contact. tried disc/reconnecting cold start injector... no luck. help please

Side Note: engine in car, no tranny mounted, but i connected the reveres and rear speed sensor JUST IN CASE for grounds ect.all ground straps connected,

except i dont' know what the nipple on bottome of wrinkle hose (where stock BOV, MAF and turbo inlet hook up. so i plugged it. i had no other open vac/boost lines. everythign connected. tried gettign ecu to throw codes and i get nothing unless i press throttle IN car all the way down... then i get a TPS code.... also if i floor it. the TEMS( elec. suspension adjustent???) it's at 2 LEDs lit, but when pressed to near/at full throttle it shows a 3rd light. just wanna make sure its' normal. THanks for any help!!!.
