Like powerseal or total seal rings?
I belive chrome rings have a very.. intricate process to break them in. I chose cast because of that. I know a guy who's broken in a million sets of them, however. If they're total/power seal or just plain chrome, let me know and I'll ask him. I've seen a few sets go. Most comically in a VW Bug that dude thought was fast. Haha. Broke in the cam and what not by letting it idle for 20 minutes, then trailered it to the track and tore up... everything. Whole motor was just about shot. |
