Re-torque head bolts

Hey guys, can anyone give me a step by step guide on how to properly re-torque the head bolts on the 7mgte? Things to watch out for and just important things to keep in mind. I'm not looking to replace it, just tighten the bolts. Thank you

Hi , This link http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Librar...aspx?S=EM&P=55 will take you to the tightening sequence for re torqueing the cylinder head . Recommended torque is 75 ft lbs to prevent blown head gasket problems .
Also , this link
http://www.supras.org.nz/techinfo/bhg.htm explaining why , torque figure at bottom of page .
Hope this helps .
Suggest putting these links in your favourites for quick , future reference . Basically the top link is a page from the MK3 workshop manual , mechanical and electrical .
