Default replacin gaskets

i am only 16 but i am replacin the head my self wasnt that hard to take it out but i am doin it at my high shool and my teacher has years of experience behind him so i have him to help i have to replace my whole head because it was warped to the point that if i used it.. it would bend my camshafts. but i got everyting cleaned up and ready to go back in but damn there are alot of sensors

RA = unit of measurement of how smooth something is, if I recall correctly

If a bhg is inevitable, what can you do to prevent it if you are still running stock with lots-o-miles? I assume an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I have an 87 NA, 127k miles. About to become my everyday ride due to unplanned medical bills
