Default Will upgrading the turbo cause tuning problems?

Hey guys i am new to this forum, ive read down through as much as i could and tryed to search for what i am looking for, but it seems nothing fits my question.

A little history, ive owned my 87 turbo supra for about 3 years, she was great, i decied to take her apart to do a rebuild. somewhere along the road i ended up getting a second 7m-GTE so one gets rebuild while one is in car for my summer driver. so my questions are:

1. if i upgrade the turbo to say a .60 trim from driftmotion, will i have tuning problems? I live in a fairly small place with very little tuning help.

2. if i stay with the ct26, but upgraded to the .57 trim, will this cause me tuning problems?

3. What kind of systems could i get that would help with this? ive read a fair amount about a few but i am still really unsure.

If this has been posted point me that way.

The stock fuel system and ECU will handle the 57 trim in MOST cases without issue. You may run into fuel cut at higher RPM but I don't think you should see much of that as long as you're not increasing the boost pressure beyond the stock level.
