Default Parking brake hardware

Has anyone been able to find a website or company that get purchase the parking brake hardware?? or know of what other vehicle's are compatible with the same hardware. Im looking for either a whole kit for both sides or whatever anyone has found on here. Ive been searching quite a bit and most companies have them as out of stock or don't even show up like they never existed.

I currently am having a problem with the drivers side parking assembly, from what I can hear. It's very continuous and keeps making a snapping sound, happens when brakes are and are not applied. after examining, the shoes weren't very sturdy against the backing plate, a lot of play. there is uneven wear on both shoes as well. Only examined the Drivers side mind you. I disassembled it and seemed like the hold down springs were pretty easy. I haven't pulled them off before but from what I have done in class with a sample hub assembly there hold down springs had a lot more tension.

If anyone has had similar problems please put your two cents in.

Any and all help is much appreciated, rather then going to the dealership since they charge too much. just trying to find other sources.

Thank you all!!

Right off hand I don't think the parking brake hardware is available anywhere but through Toyota (if it's still available there). It wears out so seldom (and the shoes so thin even when new) that few places ever carried it.

If it's just the shoes you need replaced, you could take them to a shop which relines brake shoes and have that done there.
