How to tell between a Manual and Auto transmission Wire Harness?

So I came across a wire harness for my 1989 Supra 7M-GTE today at the junkyard, I just happened to forget to check what type of transmission the car had.

What are the differences between the manual and auto wire harness's? I found a post saying if its an auto i'm going to have to put a jumper in to bypass the neutral safety switch?

Well, mine is a manual, and I have two wire connectors. A two-prong connector on the side for the reverse lights and a small connector on top for the ABS sensor. I believe the automatic transmission connector is much larger then the two-prong connector on the manual, since the transmission is computer-shifted and includes the gear selector NSS.
