Have you tried bridging the b+ to the Fp pins in the diagnostic box to see if the fuel pump is dead?

What pins go to fp I havent really had time to check it out because by the time I get home from work its dark and freezing cold lol

By the battery there is a diagnostic box, remove the black/grey cap and look at the cap. There is a diagram of which pin is which. Use a small piece of wire to bridge the two pins, you should hear the fuel pump engage if you are in a quiet enough area.

Also, the ignition switch needs to be in the on position just long enough for the test. You should hear the fuel in the rail getting past the regulator (near the oil cap). As soon as the jumper is pulled, the sound stops. If it frozen cold, you may have water in the line thats frozen. In that case add a bottle of isopropyl alcohol gas line antifreeze (not rubbing alcohol which is part water).
