350+ hp from a 7mgte

I have a stock 7mgte mk3 supra and I wanna get 350+ Hp here's what my plan is as of now I'm taking the head off and getting a new head gasket and arp head studs before thos go on I'm having the head port and polished then I wanna get stage 2 cams and and new valves and dual valve springs then a 57 trim ct26 and all new inter cooling pipping and turbo back exhaust will all this allow me to get my goal and if not what else would I need
