loose exhaust bolts

anyone else have problems with exhaust manifold bolts to the head loosening up on the 7m-gte? ive tried hightemp locktight? whats the torque specs?

400 kpcm or 39 Nm locktight isn?t a good idea insert nut is better.

Best way I think is to put helicoils in each stud hole on the exhaust and put ARP studs there and then get some good high temp lock nuts. The stock holes are so fragile and need anti seize on them each time you take a stud out or one comes out with the nut, or the aluminum comes out with it.
