Flushing out a LSD Diff

Any recommendations for flushing out a LSD Diff?. I`m in the process of refurbishing the rear sub-frame so the diff is on the bench at the moment. I was thinking of using brake cleaner fluid and then flushing through with diff oil before replacing the cover and final refill, or is solvent a bad idea for a LSD ?

I'd use kerosene.

Or diesel fuel, either works well
