dont quote me on this but from what i know every turbo is suppose to have a certin amound of end play and verticle play, all whithin manuafters specs. i have no idia what thoes specs might be, they might be on one of the manuals posted on the faq's.

my turbo is in good shape and i get the randome cloud of blue smoke, but iv also seen brand new twin turbo audi r8 have the same blue smoke cloud. like anything in a car i imagine could break maby the chambers that keep the water and oil seperate might have cracked.

a fix i would say is have a well know and certifyed shop rebuild your turbo and make shure they have a good balancer( dont want anything that spins 100,000 rpm to be off lol)
