Lean? Not likely. The ECU's fuel maps cover a much higher volumetric efficiency than you'll see with just basic bolt ons and added boost. It's not until you begin tampering with the whole equation, the bigger picture that you really need to worry about running lean. More often than not you find that you're actually still rich and need fuel pulled for better performance... If it is lean it's probably time to replace the fuel pump, filter and get the injectors serviced. Do let us know how it turns out though.
