mk3 supra fuel filter

where would the fuel filter be located in a 1990 toyota supra turbo 7mgte engine with the r154 transmission and a lsd differntial. i heard that their is 2 fuel filters one mounted to the chasis above the fuel tank and one in the engine compartment. where would the one in the engine compartment be located. i checked online and it said its on the left side of the engine compartment but i cant find it. please help me thanks:att:

There is only the one fuel filter. The only other thing along those lines is the sediment filter or sock on the fuel pump.

are you talking about the filter on the fuel pump and then the actual fuel filter?
Im under the impression the mk3 has only one Fuel filter assembly. Near the rear.

I believe the 5m had its filter located in the engine bay, I could be wrong. (no first hand experience with a 5m)

I wonder if someone at the parts counter saw the vacuum surge tank (or whatever it's called) and assumed it's a fuel filter.

No vacuum reservoir on the GTE. It's part of the N/A's ACIS/TVIS system. But who knows what they are looking at.
