All I see is what appears to be the ground wires that are under the intake and a messed up wiring harness; what about them?

What is black/blue wires for? Cuz my ignition wire goes to it wit 2ground wires den it will crank without it wont crank wtf

I will try to find a whole new motor wiring harness. There's a few on eBay.
