So clean and replace hoses and the vacuum ports at the throttle body...
![]() Toyota Service and Repair Manual - EGR section: http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Librar...ection=EC&P=16 As for the throttle body, if you're uncomfortable with removing it (can't imagine why though) you may just spray carburetor cleaned into each of the metal nipples until it sprays in freely. It's best to do with the engine running so it doesn't pool up and try to pass through the engine all at once.
