7mgte 450-550 hp

How to increase the power of the engine 7mgte, up to 500 hp?
Stock ECU can reprogram them?

from what i know the stock 7mgte computer cant be reprogramed but im not exactly shure if its true so dont quote me on it, now what is your budget, friend once told me you can build a motor 3 ways fast-cheap- or reliable pick 2 so a budget is a huge part to consider. If i was building my motor and had money i would tear the block down and rebuild the motor go. 20 forged pistons and forged rods get the crank rebalanced have the head ported and polished go to a stage 3 cams upgrade springs retainers and the general valve train, custome exshaust manifold whith equal length and a garret turbo but i just dont have the money. you have to decide how much your willing to spend in my case i would pick fast and reliable so its not gona be cheap, what is your choise

from what i can understand you want to keep the CT-26 right off the bat I would get the turbo rebuilt at a reputible rebuild shop whith the correct balancer ( i also know comp turbo will rebuild and put in a bigger inducer and compressor for 400-500$ )you could also upgrade to a new turbo altogether i would imagine a small to medium frame to keep lag to a minimum unless you like the sudden kick in the pants. also you say street car; last i checked 500 whp needs bigger tires and handeling package and brakes, as well as a tranny that can handle the torque and power. I hear the stock r-154 will hold 700hp anyday but only after its been rebuilt, dont know for shure. these are all things to take into consideraton in your project

P.S. please excuse the horrible gramer, i know it sucks

No, the CT-26 isn't good for much above 300-350. Not efficiently anyway. A CT-26 upgraded to 57 trim is good for low 400's and fairly reliable... I wouldn't expect a lot more from it. Almost any newer turbo with a larger compressor housing will be more efficient offer a higher ceiling. A ball bearing turbo will even spool faster. Stay away from cheap, Chinese turbos. You really should talk to some mechanics in your area about this, they'll be able to explain it without the language barrier.

If we draw a number of improvements which will result? Your opinion on such robots.
On the stock turbo to increase boost to 1.5 bar through migrating stock ECU or installing the boost controller.
replaced by 630 cc injectors,
replace interkulir more productive,
wallbro fuel pump 255,
dounpayp katbek and 3 or 3.5 inches, and whether to change the exhaust manifold for tuning?
Replacing the head gasket HKS 1.2 mm, and studs ARP, not compulsory.
Will it be a budget option, and about what the forecast on power?
