1989-water hose broke under dist cap, now wont start

replaced coil, igniter, & still no spark? Do I need to reset something or is there an inline fuse? Thank you in advance. RV

Turbo or non? Which coolant hose? It's most likely an electrical issue unless it somehow managed to soak the timing belt causing it to slip. Where all did it spray? Does the car try to start at all? If you have an air filter that's open in the engine bay (a poor choice of placement) the air flow meter may have been damaged (more likely with the GTE's KVAFM than the GE's VAFM). The distributor/CPS may have gotten soaked as most coolant lines in that area run right under it.
