The oil cooler return is too low; Too close to the oil level and may block the drain in a hard turn. People have lost turbos to this setup many times in the past.
The oil filter really needs to be remotely mounted no matter what setup you use. It's very tight in there once you get all the turbo plumbing and IC piping in place. It's the reason for the GTE's adapter plate being angled downward.
