i need some major help please!!!!!!!!

So i just bought a 1987 supra with a 92 7mgte engine, but i am a TOTAL noob with this car(actually any car)

it was running real good but then like 2 days ago i heard some weird noise, i know its not rod knock, so i look at the engine while its on and i saw that one of the belts im not really sure which one (but i know its not the power steering belt looks) like its coming loose as it moves. im scared to drive it cuz i feel like its gonna take a crap on me. can anyone tell me how to fix that? i went to a mechanic today and they tried to nail me with 90 bucks to even just look at the car, and believe me i am not ballin enough to pay 90 bucks for someone to tell me there is something wrong with me car. so if there are any kind hearted people that own a supra around anaheim or anywhere that will help this noob, he would really appreciate it. thanks
