So also, to add to the madness there's a clicking sound when im driving coming from the driver front wheel. One of my friends seems to think it might just be the caliper slider, because when I press firmly on the break while still going 30mphto for instance it goes away

this sounds more like a wheel bearing to me. does the sound increase frequency with speed of the car?

a caliper slider is only moving when the brakes are applied (unless something is horribly wrong).

jack the car up and spin the wheel by hand. if it clicks while you spin it, id lean towards a wheel bearing. if its never been replaced, they arent bad to at least check, clean and re-pack with grease if not just replace.

yea when i speed up the click speeds up lol how hard is it to replace and price?
