minisota gets really cold right? storing it indoors or outside? id definatly check the antifreeze to make sure it is strong enough to prevent freezing at sub zero temps and or drain some out to give the coolant room to expand if it does beguin to freeze. 120v block heaters are really nice too. always toasty inside on startup if i park my rig for a long time i like to put it on stands to get the tires off the ground so the tires dont get flatspots in them. car covers are nice..visor sunscreens work. they make packets of some chemical that absorbs moisture (drys the air) i think its called for the interior if wet there to keep mildew out. plus all that you mentioned earlier should be good 2 go.

get a battery tender, bit more expensive, but it won't mess up a battery. Change all fluids before and after storing, and remember to wash it well. The cleaner you put it away, the cleaner it comes out, and the less work it is the get rid of the crud. I strongly suggest storing inside if possible, as rust forms fast on parts like brakes, and will be a real hassle in a place like that...

If you put it in a garage, get a heater that keeps it above freezing out there and you're set, and yeah, put it up on jackstands to keep the tires from getting flat spots...
