Engine knocking after it warms up!

I have recently set the timing on my 1990 n/a supra, but didn't realize until after I had set it that you have to jump two terminals on the diagnostics plug... After setting my timing, apparently the wrong way, I was driving my supra home from using my dads timing light and noticed a knock after the car warmed up and also the car was a little sluggish at higher rpms. I listened to the top and bottom end of the engine with my stethoscope and it sounds like the knocking is coming from the bottom end... could this be caused by my timing? Also, it seems to be the worst at higher rpms...

Also my oil pressure at idle speed is between 0 and 20 lbs. and increases with the rpms. Is this normal? Thanks for any help!
