testing and setting the tps on a 1990 n/a supra???

Can anyone tell me how to test and set the tps? I think my tps may be out of adjustment because my car idles fine, but at 3500 rpms and higher it seems to be a little hesitant. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance for the help.
