Question cant stop high idle

ok so i finally got my motor swap from auto tranny to manuel tranny shell done, but now i started it and it has a high idle it goes from 1400 rpm up to 2000 rpm, all my vacuum lines are good, my timing is perfect, it never had a idle issue when it was in the old shell it never had any issue so now im lost for thought. HELP.
Oh its a 7mge, and I moved my engine into the shell that already had the ecu and manual transmission. Now originally my 7mge came from an automatic tranny. All I did was just drop it in n hook it up. But now I can't get the idle to go down at all.

Check the idle circuit on your Throttle Position Sensor, also check, clean, or replace your Idle Speed Control, as they have a tendency to stick when left sitting for a while

i had the same exact problem on my 87 gte and i also repalced all the vacume lines. i went to the junk yard and found the idle control valve of a non turbo supra from 86, the housings are diffrent but the electronic part (the black part on top) are exactly the same so i swaped them and it idles just fine now
