Head Gasket recomendations.
 
Blow head gasket!! of course i cant get a supra that does not blow a head gasket lol so what brands would you guys recomend for standing up do around 10-15psi of boost? what thickness? any direct links would be wonderful thanks.

Depends, how much work are you going to put into prepping it? For most mild-medium builds a Cometic or Titan will do quite well. Good multi-layer steel but forgiving of slightly less than perfect mating surfaces; Of course, the head and deck still must be much smoother than required for the OEM HG.

i usualy have the head decked and i use an aluminum safe pad on an air grinder for the block, i figure since is safe to use on aluminum it should not hurt the cast iron block at all right?

You may be able to get away with that when using a composite HG, but not with an MLS. ANY warp or irregularity to the deck, any pitting or dimples and it's going to blow faster than an OEM. If your shop can't mill it so it's as smooth as glass you may use a precision lapping plate with diamond lapping paste but to must keep measuring with a precision, machinist's straight edge. I'm not kidding.
