Help! Engine redlines on start
 

So when i start my car the engine redlines... like 0 to 7500 quick... Gas pedal is not stuck nor is the throtle cable. So far it has destroyed my coolant hoses, rad fan, and radiator ( well when the fan exploded) All have been replace now just trying figure out whats goin on... Any ideas...

O yea i am now installing an electric rad fan... any ideas on what under the hood i can plug into that is 12V and only on when key is

Damn.... Pull off that throttle body and make sure the butterfly valve closes all the way. I don't think it can redline without that being open
