i just got this set of rims for a good deal. they are 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 , my fantasma the suspencion is stock but will bring him down at least 2 inches. the offset of the rims is 35. what tires will fit nice on them and look good with the car? i was thinking something like front "235x40x19" and rear "not a clue" heres a pic of them. thanks :bigthumb:

You can use this calculator to help you with the size. The stock size is 225-50-16.

But with those wide wheels I would say you could run a 235 in the front and 255 or wider in the rear. The only problem is to keep the stock overall diameter you are going to have to run a pretty low profile tire. Just curious but what is the weight on those? And if you are going to lower the car also be prepared to feel the road, like ever bump. I've had 18's with eibach springs and hated the ride, so I will be going back to 17's.

i understand the problem when running low profiles , i used to have 18 and 19 before on other car in Puerto Rico and believe me if I survived the roads on Puerto Rico I can deal with anything. They are pretty heavy 29lbs :o but i will be using the car to drive to work wich is on post " Ft. Riley Army base" and i live inside of it so the roads are perfect and I have a set of 17`s which I`ll be using during the time of setting and testing the car after the upgrades. I`m planning to drop the car 2 inches to the ground and thats why I am worried , the space between the tire and the fenders. Thanks bro , take care. :bigthumb:

Here is an article you may or may not care about. But basically the 19s will make you slower than say a light 17. And a extremely low pro tire will not really help that much either for more grip.
