stock exhaust 86 Mk III
I want to restore my Mk III with a 3ltr engine and 5 speed transmission to stock. "load" giggles loud does nothing for me and want my boy to be nice and quiet during operation. I want to be able to talk with my friend and hear my stereo even with the roof off.
Does anyone have a diagram of the exhaust? Now I have headers and some jerk took out the cat :( With this system the only thing I have not overhauled is the brakes. The child who had it before managed to cripple the car, why it still ran is one of life's mysteries ;) |
Not sure if the early N/A Supra`s had cats, the turbo`s have 2.

The first pic looks nothing like the stock Exhaust on my 89 na it kinda looks like the turbo one just with the header and not the down pipe with cat

You’re right Sonyps307, US and Canada have a different exhaust set up, depending on Turbo & Non Turbo and they also have different part # `s depending on country. The emissions weren’t so strict as the US and Canada up to 1990 in the UK probably why the UK has a different system, We also don’t have a charcoal canister under the hood. What’s that all about?
