its a try and fit, might lucks out, though finding the right offset to clear the calipers might be tricky, a steel wheel being thinner might clear, but in my experiance no 15 inch rim i tried to stick on my car would clear without a spacer plate, ive even had some 16's not clear.
you can run a spacer plate, but then you need longer studs. as for tire size,i personally wouldnt run the 195's, there a lil narrow and id go for a 205 or 215 (we had 225/50VR16's stock). or just drive carefully, as the smaller tire probably has a lower weight capacity, as its designed for a smaller and lighter car than the mk3.
