low ecm voltage/ miss fire
 

my car started missing at an idle and ocassionally while driving, i used a snap-on brick scanner and i got a low ecm voltage code. from there i checked all grounds, complete tune up, cat, tps, temperature sensor, replaced every fuse, used injector cleaner, marvels mystery oil. and i still have the miss im at a complete loss. the problem started happening when i almost ran out of gas, i havnt got the fuel filter out yet though maybe its possible its cloged. but any way can someone please give me some ideas where else to start looking or what u think may be wrong
