i doubt he has a code 51..
he said he didnt receive a code till he turned the car on.. and moved the throttle. .. soo.
still check for boost leaks.

Do check for boost leaks but code 51 and 52 are not stored in the ecu they are real time codes so the only way to check them is if the car is on and running... but your right he shouldn't check it while reviving it up. He needs to take a drive with the jumper out and if the check light comes on go check the code while car is still running at idle. Don't shut the car off or the code will clear

its funny were still discussing this but he hasnt posted back in acouple days.. LOL.. boo

Pull your EFI fuse, 15A in engine compartment fuse box. Leave the fuse out for a couple of minutes. This will clear loged codes, turning off the ignition will NOT clear codes.
Start the engine and go for a short drive. The ECU will go through a "learing process" for a short period of time.
Return home and check for codes again.
This will give you which code(s) are active and not loged. If you have codes, let the them run through two or three times to make sure you counted correctly.
Fuel cut @ 2400RPM, I doubt it.
Vacuum/boost leak is a posibility. However, if you have an active 51 code, most likely it is an issue with the throttle position sensor or wiring.

If u pay attention to what I posted I said code 51 and 52 do not store in the ecu. They are realtime codes so yes the second u shut the key off, those codes ONLY will clear.....

I agree with Green7mgte why we discussing this still when the poster isn't keeping us posted? We don't even kno if he actually has any codes. I'm out!!!!!!!_!!! :gtfo:

ok i have fix the problem change the MAF back to the stock one and now the car runs great till i hit fuel cut. so now i have to get a regulator to build up the fuel to bout 58psi right? cause it still has the stock regulator which produces 38-40psi. once i hit fuel cut i have give it a min to build the fuel pressure back and then go again.

Jebus.... I'm gonna smack someone...

OP's describing limp mode.... there's a critical fault in the system.

Code 51 is NOT related to ANYTHING to do with knock.

Code 52 DOES store in the ECU; Code 51 does not... it's one of the few real-time codes.

We done now?

OP, how much boost are you trying to run?

ok now i have code 14 an 34. 34 would that have anything to do with wiring from the boost gauge being cut? 14 not for sure. now when i start the car and go down the street when the car trys to boost it acts like fuel cut in 1-4 gears and in 5th but after hitting it like 3-4 times it will boost all the way up to 9lbs and act fine as long as i dont hit fuel cut. I HATE FIXING OTHER PEOPLES FUCK UPS!!!!!!
