Default 7m crank

So right now my 7m is getting rebuild and I talked to the guy the other day and he said he thinks that the crank is forged he said that because on the Joints there is a fat line there and is for the forgeing and by the way it sounds when hitting it does any body know about this

Post pictures... If it's got 5M, 6M or 7M cast into it it's stock and that's cast. The stock cranks are tempered after casting.
