Thanks very much for your reply. That's a great electric diagram. I may go down to Toyota myself to double check on availability of that relay. Now that I know where the relay(s) are, I'll pull them and check them out. I think the shop probably noted the fan wasn't running with A/C on, and that it did run when the relay was jumpered. Who knows? I just got done reassembling everything after I replaced the timing belt, and it wouldn't be the first time I forgot to reconnect a wire or something . . . . good thing I'm not a surgeon Can you rell me how to find a Bosch replacement? Does it seem possible that a condenser overheat could put engine into cardiac arrest? Paul |
