Im my car and my friends Russ's Supra we used all types of plugs. He even sponsored by Denso during one season and we were trying out their iridium plugs. we would run the plugs on one pass on our cars and change them and make them and ship them back. After all the plugs we tried out we both decided the NGK V-Powers did the best for our cars. As far as wire set I used NGK wires and My friend Russ used Magnacore.

Stick with NGK's. The Iridium are a complete waste of money from what I've found, the smaller anode just makes them that much easier to foul and iridium is a very poor conductor. Depending on how easily the plugs are to change I either run NGK copper or NGK platinum plugs.

I was running taylor wires on my Supra... VERY beefy wires... I still have to make a set for my MR2 though. NGK, MSD and Toyota wires are all good quality too.
