'89 Supra 1jz auto to 5spd question

New to the Supra world and still learning things about my car, not new to rebuilding engines and have done a 5spd conversion in my mustang.
I just got a '89 Supra with a 1jz twin turbo jdm engine and trans. The swap was done perfectly, only mods are.. New intercooler, 3'' custom exhaust from downpipe, intake, and bov... plus quite a few appearance items such as 18'' wheels etc.

My question is... I found a complete '90 supra, NA engine with a 5 speed. Can I use this tranny with this jdm engine, if so will I need any additional parts? I know autos are better for building boost but still going with a 5 speed.
