well the turbo is really blown and i decide to do a compression test and it cam in at 74-85 psi on dry and on a wet test it came in at 85-98 psi. so the rings arent to bad and there is no oil in coolant or coolant in oil so its not a head gasket, it runs fine to but just smokes all the time. now with the compression that low it is either valve staying open or the they arent sealing right. but my question is that when i did the rebuild the head was shaved .3mm from stock so i went to a .4mm thicker then stock head gasket would that .1mm cause the compression to drop that much?
