NEED HELP!!! Car is hard to start and will not maintain idle.
 

Hi all, I have a mk3 supra running a 7MGE. I have recently replaced the head with a reco due to the original water jackets corroding out. The car was running great. Until now.

About 3 weeks ago the car started but would not maintain idle. Now the car wont start at all. I have chack the ignition system, to no fault. I have check the fuel systen, to no fault.also have chaeck the ISC Valve.
However the otherday i was checking the igition leads for spark with the throttle body removed but still electrically connect. once i have put all the leads back on the misses turned the car and the car came to life. \

thought the issue may have solved itself. But once i reassembled everything the car would not start again.

Even tried starting it with the ISC valve removed but still elec connected.

Any ideas as to what it is thats creating my issues.
