1jzgte no boost???????????????? MAP sensor? You have one?

Guys I seriously think I am not getting any boost. Maybe a tiny bit of boost but I KNOW a 1JZ-GTE should be pretty darn fast. My stocker boost gauge doesn't work either, I am not sure if it is not hooked up properly or its not working cause there is no boost, but it doesnt show a vacuum at idle just stays at 0. I dont hear the stock twins spooling up or getting louder and barely hear the BOV at all. I just had a new fuel pressure regulator put on cause the one I had before was loosing pressure. Do you think this may be my MAP sensor? Heard that from a couple people now. And does anyone know what the ECU shoud look like for it? I am looking at the one in mine and wondering if its the correct one. Car runs great except for no boost. Any tips would be wonderfully helpfull! Also which year does the 2jz-gte map sensor work for mine?
I have an 87 BTW.
THANKS!

What about a boost leak. if they are spooling then they want to Build Pressure. Check for a Major leak...

Found the problem actually. The custom made frame for the FPR was blocking the turning cam thing for the throttle cable so it was only opening 50% OMG!:ghey: Got that remade so its not in the way. Now I am definately boosting!
Its not perfect though. I was running 32psi through my FPR and I had the mech turn it up cause it bucks around 4-5k under WOT. Otherwise it does alot better. So now it is set at 36psi, but I was wondering what the fuel pressure should be at. Reading something about 43? If it is running lean would it cause it to do that?
